    New York Mets right-hander Kodai Senga, sidelined since June 12 by a strained proper hamstring, is to start out a rehab project Saturday with Double-A Binghamton. He’s to throw 60 to 65 pitches, based on Mets supervisor Carlos Mendoza, and shortly may return to New York’s injury-ravaged rotation.
