    Knicks Denied Permission To Interview Chris Finch Ime Udoka

    The New York Knicks have been denied permission to interview Chris Finch and Ime Udoka. The Knicks formally requested interviews for each head coaches. Finch will stay entrenched with the Minnesota Timberwolves, whereas Ian Begley first studies that Udoka will stay with the Houston Rockets as has been broadly anticipated.

    The Knicks might request permission for different head coaches presently employed by different groups. The Knicks have been strongly linked with Jason Kidd, however have but to request permission from the Dallas Mavericks.

    New York is looking for a brand new head coach after firing Tom Thibodeau shortly after the Japanese Convention Finals.

    Finch was employed by the Wolves in 2021 and have reached the Western Convention Finals in two straight seasons. Finch beforehand coached Karl-Anthony Cities with the Wolves.

    Udoka was employed by the Rockets in 2023 following his suspension by the Boston Celtics. Udoka led the Celtics to the Finals in 2022, which was his lone season as head coach of the franchise.
