    Jimmy Butler to receive an MRI tomorrow after Warriors’ star was ruled out of Game 2

    Golden State ahead Jimmy Butler will probably be taken for an MRI tomorrow, per the Warriors PR. 

    Butler was dominated out for the rest of Recreation 2 of the Warriors’ Western Convention first-round collection with the Houston Rockets after taking a tough fall within the first quarter on a foul by Amen Thompson. He left the sport and was taken to the locker room quickly after the collision.

    He was identified with a pelvis contusion, per the Warriors PR. 

    Butler was injured when Thompson was pushed into his legs as he jumped to attempt to seize a rebound. Each gamers crashed to the court docket within the collision, however Butler stayed down longer than Thompson.

    It was unclear what Butler’s harm was within the second as he walked, gingerly, to the locker room.

    He finally obtained up and slowly walked to the opposite finish of the court docket to shoot free throws. Butler made 1-of-2 and was quickly taken out of the sport and instantly headed to the locker room.
