The England and Wales Cricket Board has initiated a direct evaluation into the Ashes defeat, with chief government Richard Gould promising “crucial adjustments over the approaching months”.
Gould, who arrived in Sydney to observe the ultimate levels of England’s 4-1 defeat, issued a strongly worded assertion simply over two hours after Australia’s victory within the fifth Check.
In it, he highlighted dissatisfaction on the stage of efficiency on what had arguably been essentially the most hotly-anticipated sequence in a technology.
