As everybody started to hit their stride, the power was unmistakable. “We’re constructing a basis for a fantastic workforce, a fantastic group,” Hayes says. “That is only the start. Our journey can take us so far as we need to go, and I feel we don’t have any ceilings with this group, so [there are] countless potentialities.”
