On Sunday night, the spouse of Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, Mia, was shot within the couple’s Virginia house.
Mia Bieniemy, 57, has since been hospitalized and is now in steady situation. On Sunday, Eric Bieniemy, 56, was at coaching camp at Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph, Missouri. On Monday, he left the workforce to be together with his spouse.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid spoke on the scenario following Monday’s observe. The coach mentioned he and the workforce are retaining Eric and Mia Bieniemy of their ideas.

“[Mia Bieniemy is] a saint. … Considered one of God’s good blessings,” the coach mentioned. “…Issues occur and you must work by means of it. … All of us love EB… There may be all the time a blessing in there someplace. I do know issues will work out.”
