The biggest sporting event North America has ever hosted is in full swing, and we already have a ton of movement atop the 2026 FIFA World Cup oddsboard.

The U.S. men’s national team could not have dreamed of a better start to the tournament.

After dominating Paraguay 4-1 in the opener last week, the U.S. responded with a commanding 2-0 win over Australia on Friday.

The USA has now won two straight men’s World Cup matches for the second time in history. This is also just the second time the U.S. has won two group stage matches in a single World Cup (1930).

The U.S. has officially advanced to the round of 32 and can even win Group D if Paraguay wins or draws against Türkiye.

As a result, the Stars and Stripes have surged up the World Cup oddsboard.

Prior to the tournament, the U.S. was +5500 to win the tournament. Now, after its group stage dominance, USA is +3300 to win the World Cup, its lowest mark since the odds were released back in December.

While Morocco’s odds also climbed from +4000 to +3300 after its 1-0 win on Friday, France remains the favorite (+390) after its 3-1 win over Senegal on Tuesday, and Spain (+550) and England (+600) sit just behind.

Let’s dive into the full odds via FanDuel Sportsbook, as of June 19.

    2026 World Cup Winner Odds

France: +390 (bet $10 to win $49 total)
Spain: +550 (bet $10 to win $65 total)
England: +600 (bet $10 to win $70 total)
Argentina: +800 (bet $10 to win $90 total)
Portugal: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)
Brazil: +1100 (bet $10 to win $120 total)
Germany: +1300 (bet $10 to win $340 total)
Netherlands: +1700 (bet $10 to win $180 total)
Norway: +3000 (bet $10 to win $310 total)
United States: +3300 (bet $10 to win $340 total)
Morocco: +3300 (bet $10 to win $340 total)
Belgium: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)
Colombia: +4500 (bet $10 to win $460 total)
Japan: +5000 (bet $10 to win $510 total)
Mexico: +5500 (bet $10 to win $560 total)
Switzerland: +6500 (bet $10 to win $660 total)
Uruguay: +8000 (bet $10 to win $810 total)

Here’s what to know about this oddsboard:

The Favorites: France is now the solo favorite atop the oddsboard. It opened its pursuit for a third World Cup title with a 3-1 win against Senegal on Tuesday. Les Bleus will face Norway and Iraq in its next two group stage matches, as they eye a deep tournament run once again. After that, while its opening draw against Cape Verde was a nightmare start to the tournament, Spain remains the second choice. Spain has appeared in 16 previous World Cups and won the tournament once, lifting the trophy in 2010. It also won the 2024 Euros. It will look to bounce back and follow Argentina’s route to the title in 2022, after its disappointing first result of the tournament.

Biggest Risers: Could the USA and Mexico have gotten off to better starts? After winning its first two group games, Mexico has officially won Group A and has clinched a spot in the knockout round. In its opening match, Mexico was dominant in a 2-0 win over South Africa. On Thursday, El Tri edged out a 1-0 win over South Korea. After Mexico’s start to the tournament, it now has major expectations placed on it to get past the Round of 16 for the first time since 1986. Meanwhile, the U.S. followed its dream opening win with another well-played match. The Stars and Stripes sit atop Group D with six points and a clear path to winning the group, which would allow them to play a third place team in the Round of 32.
