New Orleans Pelicans guard Dejounte Murray will miss the rest of the season with a torn Achilles tendon, in keeping with a report from Chris Haynes on Friday.
Murray left the Pelicans’ recreation towards Boston within the first quarter Friday evening with an injury to his lower right leg. Pelicans coach Willie Inexperienced didn’t have an replace on the severity of the damage after the sport, which New Orleans misplaced 118-116.
