Regardless of a myriad of accidents, the Green Bay Packers had been dominating the Chicago Bears to start out their wild-card recreation on Saturday.

Jordan Love was wheeling and dealing, the protection was getting stops and the desk was set for a simple Packers win. Then, head coach Matt LaFleur went away from what labored, took the foot off the fuel and left the door huge open for a Bears comeback. That is why, following the loss, the Packers head coach took the blame for a way issues went down.

Matt LaFleur says he is “disenchanted and humbled”

“That is the best group on the planet, for my part, and it is very humbling. I am actually disenchanted proper now. I am disenchanted principally for—nicely, not principally,” LaFleur said, per NFL Community’s Ian Rapoport. “I am disenchanted for everyone that is related to the Inexperienced Bay Packers. I am disenchanted for our locker room, disenchanted for our followers, our management. Everybody concerned with the Inexperienced Bay Packers proper now.”

In fact, kicker Brandon McManus missed two area objectives and one PAT in a four-point loss, so it is not like all of the blame is on LaFleur. However, this has been the story of the workforce since he took the reins.

As nice a play designer as he’s, LaFleur tends to get manner too conservative when he is up, failing to reach offensive effectivity for all 4 quarters. It is not that the Packers could not lose that recreation, particularly with so many key gamers out. They simply could not lose it that manner, not after being up 21-3 at halftime.
