    Nikolas Motta gets gladiator-themed chest tattoo to celebrate crazy war at UFC Baku

    Nikolas Motta will bear in mind his UFC Baku conflict with Nazim Sadykhov each time he appears to be like on the mirror.

    “When Nikolas reached out, he already had the idea: a gladiator throughout the chest,” Nanais stated. “He needed this tattoo to signify the battle, the sacrifice, and the transformation. For me, it was an honor to assist inform that story by means of ink.”

    Motta, who misplaced by way of knockout in Baku, went to Nanais’ studio over the weekend and let the artist work on him for about 16 hours in complete.

    “It wasn’t nearly profitable,” Motta stated. “This struggle was about resilience, mindset, and going all in. I wanted to hold that with me eternally. Italo was the one one who may convey that imaginative and prescient to life. … This struggle modified all the pieces for me. And now it’s etched in my pores and skin eternally.     Motta dropped to 3-3 with one no-contest within the UFC after the defeat snapped his two-fight win streak over Tom Nolan and Maheshate Hayisaer. The Brazilian fighter expects to be sidelined for a while after undergoing surgery for a broken jaw that he suffered within the battle at UFC Baku.
