Thursday marked a return to Charlotte for Suns middle Mark Williams, who performed his first sport after lacking 15 contests resulting from a left foot stress response, Rod Boone of The Charlotte Observer notes.
Williams, a former Hornets participant for his first three seasons, was honored with a tribute video earlier than coming into the sport within the first quarter.
“It was cool,” he stated. “I received some blended feelings, however yeah it’s good to be again. Clearly, that is the place I used to be drafted, the place my profession began, the group that took an opportunity on me.
“So, blended feelings actually although for certain. As in good and dangerous? Glad and unhappy? “Somewhat little bit of all the pieces. I used to be right here, they traded me twice. Yeah, so I’ll simply go away it at that.”
Williams has played 4 seasons for the Hornets and Suns. He has averaged 12.0 factors and eight.5 rebounds in 163 regular-season video games.
