Derrick Rose: I never asked the doctor why my injuries were happening

Derrick Rose: I don’t like talking about it because I don’t like talking about Hall of Fame. I feel like I’m already in the Hall of Fame when you think about when you ask kids from my city or you go around my city and you ask them about who I was… or my relations with me setting objectives and requirements for my household. What I’m reaching now, even after basketball, I really feel like that’s Corridor of Fame sh*t. However I need to let the document communicate for itself with out me truly telling you, “Man, that is going to be…” No. And the stuff that we did previous to me retiring, just like the retirement video, just like the Rose video, just like the Sox pitch video, like that’s one thing that no different Hooper didn’t do but. So I really feel like that’s making a lane, and that’s a Corridor of Fame phrase. -via HoopsHype / June 2, 2025
