    Connor Zilisch wins NASCAR Xfinity regular season finale

    Chalk up a ninth victory for NASCAR Xfinity Sequence rookie Connor Zilisch within the 2025 season. 

    Zilisch, a 19-year-old phenom who will probably be a full-time competitor within the NASCAR Cup Sequence in 2026, held off William Sawalich and gained Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Sequence common season finale at Gateway after main 121 of 160 laps. 

    Plenty of momentum

    The victory is Zilisch’s fourth consecutive win and offers him loads of momentum going into the postseason. Zilisch additionally locked up the common season championship on Saturday, giving him 15 extra playoff factors. 

    Harrison Burton clinched the twelfth and ultimate Xfinity Sequence playoff spot after his cousin and challenger Jeb Burton crashed.
