As Woodson mentioned, the Lions have had a stranglehold on the NFC North for the last two seasons, winning the division each year. That included when they went 15-2 last season, securing the best regular-season record in the conference.
Even after getting upset in the divisional round last season and losing both its offensive and defensive coordinators, Detroit is still expected to have a strong season in 2025. Now [the Packers] get a man who’s a specialist on the defensive facet of the ball in attending to the quarterback.”
