    Franz Wagner of the Orlando Magic mirrored on the importance of taking part in in Berlin and what it meant for basketball’s continued progress in Germany following the nationwide group’s current worldwide success.

    “You gotta perceive, basketball is a really a lot rising sport in Germany, and we have now had nice success with the nationwide group these final couple of years.

    “So in my thoughts, I’m attempting to capitalize on the second just a little bit, and the sport in Berlin was a giant a part of that.

    “Like I stated, we want as many individuals, as many children beginning the game to play, and that’s sort of the entire purpose of this, to develop the game at residence.

    “And moments like that, I do know I might have killed to be at an NBA recreation once I was a child. So, I understand how particular it was for everyone who was there.”

    Wagner believes video games just like the one in Berlin are vital for rising curiosity in basketball and inspiring extra kids in Germany to take up the game.
