Positions 16-33 on the Indianapolis 500 grid had been scheduled to be set on Saturday, however Mom Nature had different concepts.

Constant rain on Saturday on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway canceled an early-morning follow session and the primary day of qualifying at IMS, shifting everything of Indy 500 qualifying to Sunday. It is the primary time since 2008 that a complete day of qualifying at IMS has been washed out.

The complete subject will now start qualifying at midday ET Sunday, with the top-12 shifting on to the Quick 12 and the Quick 6 competing for the pole late Sunday afternoon into Sunday night.

Follow will start at 9:30 a.m. ET on FS2, with qualifying protection persevering with on FS2 till 4 p.m. ET. At 4 p.m., tv protection will shift to FOX as drivers battle for the pole.
