    76ers vs Rockets injury report: Maxey available for Thursday’s clash

    The Philadelphia 76ers go to the Houston Rockets on the Toyota Heart on Thursday, April 9 at 8:00 PM ET, with each groups adjusting lineups because of injuries.

    Philadelphia will probably be with out Johni Broome (proper knee, surgical procedure restoration) and Cameron Payne (proper hamstring pressure), whereas Tyrese Maxey is listed as out there regardless of a proper finger tendon pressure.

    For Houston, Steven Adams (left ankle, surgical procedure) and Fred VanVleet (proper knee, ACL restore) are out.

    The 76ers enter Thursday’s matchup on a two-game shedding streak, dropping 102-115 at San Antonio and 93-116 to Detroit. Maxey leads the group with 28.4 factors per sport, adopted by Embiid at 26.9 and George at 17.7. Kelly Oubre Jr. and VJ Edgecombe present extra scoring depth, averaging 14.1 and 16.0 factors respectively.

    Houston counters with Kevin Durant averaging 25.8 factors, Alperen Sengun at 20.5, and Amen Thompson contributing 18.0 per contest. Jabari Smith Jr. provides 15.7 factors and 6.9 rebounds per sport.

    The Rockets have received their final two video games, defeating Phoenix 119-105 and edging Golden State 117-116.

    This season, the 76ers maintain a 1-0 document over Houston, winning 128-122 in overtime on January 22.

    Each groups nonetheless have playoff stakes connected to the end result. Philadelphia is eighth within the East at 43-36, only a half-game behind seventh-place Orlando and one sport forward of ninth-place Charlotte, whereas Houston sits fifth within the West at 50-29, tied with the Lakers and three.5 video games away from sixth-place Minnesota.
