    Davis, 31, was apprehended Wednesday night in Miami’s Design District by U.S. Marshals and Miami Gardens police, ending a manhunt that began January 14 when an arrest warrant was issued. He faces charges of attempted kidnapping, false imprisonment and battery stemming from an alleged October 27, 2025 incident at Tootsies Cabaret in Miami Gardens.

    The charges follow allegations made by Courtney Rossel, Davis’ ex-girlfriend, who filed a civil lawsuit October 31 claiming the boxer attacked her on the gentleman’s membership the place she labored as a VIP cocktail server. He received 90 days of house arrest and three years of probation for fleeing the scene but later violated terms of his sentence and served additional jail time. Baltimore Circuit Judge Althea M. Handy criticized Davis at sentencing for showing “absolutely no remorse” and failing to apologize to his victims.
