Oklahoma City won last season’s NBA title, and its star — Shai Gilgeous-Alexander — also won regular-season MVP.

Who will win the league’s most coveted individual honor this year? Let’s take a look at the odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Nov. 24, as well as what to know about the top candidates.

    Regular Season MVP 2025-26

    Nikola Jokić, Nuggets: +130

What to know: Jokić opened the offseason as the favorite at +200, and after a little movement, he’s back on top. So far this season, it appears the three-time MVP has mastered basketball even further. He’s putting up 30.4 points (fifth), 13 rebounds (first) and 10.8 assists (first) for the 12-4 Nuggets, who are second in the league in points per game (123.8), third in point differential (+10) and are second in field-goal percentage (50.6). In 16 games, Jokic already has nine triple-doubles.

    Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Thunder: +190

What to know: The Thunder are 17-1 to start the season, despite Jalen Williams missing all 18 games due to injury. Through those 18 games, SGA is averaging 31.9 points, 6.6 assists and 4.9 rebounds.

    Luka Dončić, Lakers: +400

What to know: The Lakers have played 16 games and LeBron James has played in only two of them … but they are still 12-4. A fit-looking Dončić has played in 12 of those games, and is averaging a league-best 34.6 points, alongside 8.5 rebounds and 9.0 assists. He’s basically a shorter Jokić.

    Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bucks: +1400

What to know: Antetokounmpo doesn’t have that much help in Milwaukee, but he’s doing his part. The Bucks are 8-9, and the Greek Freak is averaging 31.2 points, 10.8 rebounds and 6.8 assists. He’s currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, but consider this: The Bucks have one win in a game where Giannis scored fewer than 30 points. They also had losses in games where he scored 32, 37 and 40 points.
