Case ICA-2025-03: Enchantment lodged on behalf of Mr Luka Scelles in opposition to Choices No. 211 and No.214 dated 7 June 2025 of the Stewards of the occasion of Viterbo (Italy), counting in direction of the 2025 OK-Junior European Championship Mondokart.com.
On 7 June 2025, throughout the Viterbo spherical of the 2025 FIA Karting European Championship – OK Junior, Driver No. 218, Luka Scelles, was concerned in an on-track incident with Driver No. 246, Emiliano Hernández. The Stewards issued Choices No. 211 and No. 214, figuring out that Driver No. 218 had triggered a collision that pressured Driver No. 246 to retire from the session.

- to declare the enchantment admissible;
- to uphold Resolution No. 211 dated 7 June 2025 of the Stewards of the Viterbo Competitors (Italy) counting in direction of the 2025 Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship – OK Junior.
