    Jake Retzlaff has dedicated to a brand new college after he was suspended by BYU.

Retzlaff denied the allegations however admitted to having consensual sex with the reported victim, which in itself is towards the principles of BYU’s Honor Code.

    On Monday, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported that Retzlaff is planning to enroll at Tulane as a walk-on. Retzlaff is expected to compete for a starting job in training camp after Tulane’s Title IX workplace investigated the allegations towards him.

    The lawsuit towards Retzlaff was dismissed on June 30, with each events agreeing to dismiss with prejudice. There have been stories that BYU planned to suspend Retzlaff for seven games, which led to the junior withdrawing from the college.

    As a result of he withdrew from BYU, Retzlaff was not subject to the restrictions of the transfer portal. He was in a position to merely go away BYU and stroll on with one other program. His suspension was additionally from BYU and never the NCAA, which implies he will probably be eligible to play instantly at Tulane.
