    UFC BJJ 2 full card announced, featuring two title matches

    Two titles matches will prime the UFC BJJ 2 card on July 31 on the UFC APEX, simply days earlier than the UFC Vegas card with Amir Albazi and Tatsuro Taira as headliners on Aug. 2.

    Andrew Tackett would be the first to place a UFC BJJ title on the road, defending the welterweight throne versus Renato Canuto. A light-weight heavyweight champion can be topped within the co-main occasion, with Mason Fowler taking over David Garmo.

    Tackett claimed the inaugural belt with a rear-naked choke over Andy Varela on June 25, and returns a month later to face Canuto, a IBJJF black-belt world champion with and with out the gi.

    Fowler is a black belt beneath Caio Terra and received a number of ADCC trials earlier than becoming a member of the UFC grappling promotion. Garmo, his opponent, is a protege beneath Danny Agemy with a number of Quintet wins beneath his belt.
