Matt Barnes: Two mother and father have been functioning drug customers. Dad was within the streets making ends meet. There was violence, there have been medication, there was simply a whole lot of [expletive] happening. That’s what I grew up on. My dad and I linked on sports activities—and he beloved to combat. He informed me to start out combating as a result of I confronted a whole lot of racism as a child, as a result of I’m Italian. At 9 years previous, that’s once I began combating. So it’s like—I realized sports activities, and I realized to combat. That’s what I realized from my dad. My mother gave me the love.
