    A 1986-87 Fleer Michael Jordan autographed rookie card sold for $2.5 million on Thursday through Pharrell Williams’ auction house Joopiter. The value tag made it the third most costly Jordan card sale publicly recognized and the most costly Jordan rookie card sale. The minimal bid for the cardboard was set at $2 million and it solely acquired one bid at that value. Joopiter prices a 25 p.c purchaser’s premium on its auctions, bringing the ultimate sale value to $2.5 million.
