After a red-hot begin to the season, the Dodgers have been enduring a roller coaster ride as of late, particularly based mostly on their requirements. However on Sunday, Los Angeles dominated the Diamondbacks 8-1 to separate their four-game sequence.

The Dodgers’ win was powered by their prime gamers retains Los Angeles in first place within the Nationwide League West. Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman homered and Shohei Ohtani and Will Smith drove in runs because the Dodgers plastered 18 hits throughout Arizona.

Six completely different Dodgers’ batters picked up a number of hits within the sport. However the two greatest hits of the day left the ballpark.

With 4 runs already on the board within the seventh, Freeman sent a pitch over the fence in proper area. It was a solo shot and Freeman’s third hit from his 4-for-4 efficiency. Freeman recorded three whole RBI and two runs scored.
