2025 NFL AFC, NFC Title Odds: Patriots, Seahawks Favored to Make Big Game

At this point in the NFL season, only a few teams have the privilege of even seeing their name on an oddsboard.

With that, let’s look at the odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Jan. 13 for which two teams will win their respective conferences and meet in the Super Bowl, as well as what to know about the AFC and NFC championship race.

    AFC Conference winner

Patriots: +230 (bet $10 to win $33 total)
Bills: +260 (bet $10 to win $36 total)
Broncos: +260 (bet $10 to win $36 total)
Texans: +340 (bet $10 to win $44 total)

What to know: Entering the playoffs, it was Denver that was favored to make it out of the AFC. But after Wild Card Weekend, it’s New England, after it dominated the Chargers 16-3 to open its postseason run. Now, both the Broncos and Pats will face a stiff divisional-round opponent. Denver is slated to host Buffalo in the next round, while the Pats get Houston. The opening spread for that Bills-Broncos game currently has Buffalo as a 1.5-point favorite, while New England is a 3-point favorite over the Texans.

Of the four teams left in the AFC postseason field, only two have won the conference in the past decade: Denver in 2015 and New England in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Since 2019, Kansas City has represented the AFC in the Super Bowl five out of six years. The Bills last won the AFC in 1993. The Texans have never won the conference.

    NFC Conference winner

Seahawks: +115 (bet $10 to win $21.50 total)
Rams: +155 (bet $10 to win $25.50 total)
Bears: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)
    49ers: +850 (bet $10 to win $95 total)

What to know: The NFC West is the focus of this board, with the Seahawks and Rams in first and second, respectively, and San Francisco in fourth. It was Seattle, however, that captured the 1-seed going away, finishing two games ahead of both L.A. (5-seed) and San Francisco (6-seed), and three games ahead of Chicago (2-seed).

The Seahawks’ path could prove a little tricky, however, considering they will play the lowest seed remaining in the Divisional Round, and that turns out to be the 49ers. The two teams split their two regular-season matchups, with S.F. winning in Seattle in Week 1, and Seattle winning in S.F. in Week 18.

In terms of recent NFC champions, the 49ers won it in 2019 and 2023. The Rams won it in 2018 and 2021.

The Seahawks last won it in 2014 and the Bears last won it in 2006.
